CIMES 2012 Free Exhibitor Promotion Program

 

Dear Exhibitors,

In order to maximize your ROI at CIMES 2012, the Organiser has developed a series of value added services, including a FREE Promotional Marketing Campaign for our valuable exhibitors. This campaign includes advertisements, listings and company profiles in online and print media as well as creative marketing opportunities onsite to help exhibitors, especially the NEW customers who are willing to get more market exposure. (Please FILL OUT the attached REGISTRATION FORM in computer typed form and email it together with the required information to boris.benesch@reedhuayin.com.cn ).

Apart from our free promotional services we also offer effective paid Marketing opportunities for customers who want to really stand out from the show. Please ask for information material to Creative Marketing Opportunities.

E – Marketing Campaign - Free
CIMES 2012 E – Marketing Campaign is free of charge and includes our official website, monthly E-Newsletter and social media. Please submit below mentioned data in required formats (Jpg, Gif and Word) until 31^st of January 2011. Publication of below mentioned content in Chinese language will be considered, but can not be guaranteed.

Official Website:
1.     Company logo to be placed on the starting page’s ‘Featured Exhibitors’ bar including a hyperlink to the company’s website. And: company logo + short description in our Exhibitor List.
2.     Company logo with short news write up  with 200 words in English (and Chinese) will be displayed under ‘Exhibitor NEWS’.
3.     Product pictures and product description in English (and Chinese) with maximum 150 words displayed on an individual company profile page.  

Monthly E – News Letter:
1.     E-Newsletter Banner (120x40), 1 edition
2.     NEW exhibitor’s product pictures with write up (both in English and Chinese with maximum 50 words)  will be selected (at the Organiser ‘s discretion) and published in 1 edition of CIMES’ monthly E-Newsletter and social media.

Print  – Marketing Campaign - Free
CIMES organizer is now offering a free article and company introduction opportunities for our confirmed exhibitors to publish on <<Modern Metal Working>> magazine (in Chinese language). Exhibitors eligible for the following benefits: Please submit below mentioned data in required formats until 31^st of January 2011.

Exhibitors with booth size of more than 80sqm: enjoy a company or product introduction write up with max. 500words, in Chinese language (Word document) as well as contact details and a full page, colour advertisement (Jpg, Gif, size: 210*297mm; 3mm bleed; 300dpi) for 1 edition in the Chinese Magazine <<Modern Metal Working>>.
Exhibitors with participation size less than 80sqm enjoy no more than 500words company or product introduction write ups (in Chinese) with contact details
